RepuPulse™ provides automated reputation intelligence, sentiment tracking, and alert monitoring based exclusively on publicly available data, reviews, and ratings published across third-party platforms such as Google Maps and Google Business Profile.

RepuPulse™ is an independent software tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or partnered with Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Permitted Use & Monitored Locations

Users may track and aggregate public sentiment for business locations they own, manage, or choose to monitor for competitive analysis and market research. By connecting a location to RepuPulse™, you acknowledge that:

• Adding a location does not grant, transfer, or imply administrative ownership, official management rights, or agency over that physical business or its public listing.
• You will not misrepresent yourself as an owner, officer, or authorized agent of any third-party business entity simply by monitoring it through the Service.
• The Service does not post public replies, edit listings, or submit disputes to Google on your behalf without explicit OAuth verification and administrative rights.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not use RepuPulse™ or any data, analytics, or sentiment reports generated by the platform to:

• Facilitate unlawful harassment, stalking, or targeted attacks against individual customers, reviewers, or competing businesses.
• Circumvent, abuse, or probe platform rate limits, proxy gateways, or server infrastructure.
• Violate any local, national, or international consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws.

4. Service Availability & Third-Party APIs

You acknowledge that RepuPulse™ relies on external services, public indexing feeds, and third-party APIs (including Google Places API). We do not warrant that external review feeds, sentiment webhooks, or alert delivery systems will be uninterrupted, real-time, or completely free of latency or omissions caused by third-party downtime or structural API changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

All data, sentiment scores, positive/negative ratios, and notifications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational and intelligence purposes only. You assume full responsibility for any operational, marketing, or business decisions made based on RepuPulse™ analytics.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepuPulse™ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
